Cool Dad, Maximus Relaximus (The Ultimate Carp Hound) & I are planning a trip for this coming Thursday. We are heading to Salacoa Creek Park http://www.gordoncou...aCreekPark.aspx in Ranger, Georgia. This will be the last week that they will be open until spring. We will be doing some scouting around & fishing as well. This may be a possible site for a future Fish-In. Who Knows?

If you are interested in joining us & are willing to chip in on the gas $$ please let me know by 4PM tomorrow. We have room for a couple more guys. As always, we will be stopping somewhere for breakfast as well. We are meeting and leaving from my house by 7AM & will return hopefully before dark. If you live in that area or it is more convenient to meet us there that would be great!!

The CAG is under some major changes. We have a new President (Andy Sprinkle) as well as a new VP (Mario Kok). A lot of positive things are in the wind and I’d like to invite you to step up & get involved. If you are not a CAG member I’d love to see you on the Roll!

Come see us!!

Fishing: Season Dates are the first weekend in March to the first weekend in November. No Gas Motors are permitted. Electric/Trolley Motors Only and there is no size requirement for the boats.
Capt'n -- I like the suggestion for trolley motors :D
Have a great time mate :)

lots of mirrors in that lake. after you go into the park the first parking area to the left is a good spot. i fish there all the times i have been. shady and a picnic table and a good way from the beach area. too cold to swim this time of year. LOL the walk is a stretch but it is easy downhill walk. one way anyway! LOL

good luck boo boo! my daughter lives about 10 miles from there.

BB: I knew you were familiar with it & I remember you mentioning the Mirrors. Just want to get a feel for the place. Might be a Fish In option for 2011.
