The closest place out I've fished out east near Byesville would be Salt Fork. The location may be a little rough to get to because we had to canoe in to it. We were at the campgrounds and the hill down to the lake was too steep to lug all of our gear down. Canoed in from the smaller beach. We only caught a few smaller carp and some catfish.
It looks like there may be some access near the marina on Salt Fork or the road that leads you to the marina. CLICK HERE
Looks like Senecaville Lake is also pretty close but I've never fished it or heard anything about it. Maybe this could be a good location? HERE
Good Luck!

We camped at Senecaville Lake for a couple days.
This place is full of small carp we banked over 50 for the weekend. I had to pull the rods at night so we could get a little sleep.
