Hay guys.You knead a permit to fish the Hudson for carp now depending on the location. Also you will knead to register with the DEC if you’re fishing the salt . So revue this link and make shore all your permit’s are up to date.

That sounds like an improvement on last year when you had to buy a freshwater license to fish above the Troy dam and an extra "marine' supplementary license to fish below. Looks like - contrary to what the papers say - there must be at least one pol with their brain in gear somewhere in Albany. :o
