OK, I'm ready! I would like to hook up with someone (no pun intended) and wet a line for some big fish. The weekdays are best as weekends are taken with grandson's baseball games and church. I would also like to take a detailed look at carpin' rods as I build custom rods and would like to see what they look like up close; also get some feedback from carpers.
Also, I would like to catch carp on a fly rod but don't really know where to go. I live in Cleveland, TN and can be reached on this forum or through my website at www.hiwasseecustomrods.com (under construction and updating).

Carpe diem- Latin- ten pound carp.

You're almost closer to the GA boys than TN.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a PAYING CAG member just like any other paying member in this club. Please don't pull that "BOD so you think this or that" on me.

I'm a CAG member FIRST (Webmaster 2nd and BOD member last) and that give me just as much right as YOU to speak my mind about ANYTHING club related.

So if you don't LIKE what I've got to say, don't use the age old lame "You think you can say what you want because you're on the BOD".

I say what I want because I'm "ME", I say what I want because it's my right as an AMERICAN CITIZEN to speak my mind FREELY.

If I don't agree with you, get over it and move on. My main function is to maintain everything CAG WEB Related, NOT to kiss your butt and agree with you, nor to say stuff just so I don't hurt your feelings.

So please keep in mind that if you choose to ask for an opinion or say something I don't agree with, I will speak my mind as a PAYING CAG MEMBER.

Willem, I'm cheap- I have a TN fishing license and wouldn't use a GA license that much. Would like to meet up with some folks sometime. I was told that weekends are geared to fishing to get other people interested and involved. organized fish-ins are only a couple times a year. Guess I used the wrong terminology for carp fishing on a regular basis. Any one who has time during the week, I would like to hear from you and compare calendars. Thanks.
