Buckeye Bob Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 I've now ordered "spare" parts twice directly from Fox...first time for some plastic tips that go on the fibre glass rods (one had broken, my fault) for my Evo Classic Brolley and just today the small plastic feet (one had broken, my fault) for a Compact Ruckbox. I did email them first to see if they carried the parts at customerservicesuk@foxint.com in both cases they returned email same day letting me know they had them. Then I called in the order to their Customer Services Dept. 011 44 20 8559 6500, where they took my order, mailing address and credit card info. They figured postage while I was on the line...very quick transaction, ie phone call lasted 5 min 4 secs. Remember they are 5 hrs ahead of EST. Great folks to deal with.
