Coated braid and long shank hooks!?!?!?

Recommended Posts

So I like to fish a basic snowman rig with long shank hooks and coated braid. I’ve always used Korda hooklink but I’m interested in Kryston Hooklinks but I’m unsure on which ones to try. Anyone have any ideas on which ones I should try?

Kryston Jackal and Rigmarole Hydrolink have been my hooklinks of choice for a long time.

PB Jelly Wire (available from BCT).

Check out Frank Warwick's video using Jelly Wire & Long Shank hooks.

I use this rig all the time for particles or boilies (bottom, wafter, snowman etc) and it is super reliable.

I use Jackal and it works well for me.
