I'm gonna head up that way later this week to do some chumming for another spot. Let me know where you will be at. Looks like quite a few are looking to fish the GMR in that area for the FFF.
Just got back from TSC with 300 pounds of carp food. -------------------- Flash in the Pan Carper

Sounds like we need to work something out and get organized. Sean, Shawn and Nicole are looking for fish about a mile upstream of the location that Rod is looking at.
Phil, the only thing I could find in Miamisburg is Hutchins Station Reservoir. Is the power plant on the west bank of the GMR? -------------------- Flash in the Pan Carper

Tim, the power station is about 1-1/2 miles South of Miamisburg on Dixie Dr. Theres a dam there and the power station discharges into the GMR. Larry went down to check it out today. We might fish there, if the rivers not too high. The station is on the West side of the river. We would fish on the East side.

Larry Checked out the power station on the GMR. It's not a WWD, the rivers open, but we decided to fish the pond at the Fraze Park in Kettering.

It looks like there is a good possibility that river will be unfishable come Saturday night. Does anyone know if the ponds between the sewage plant and Knightsbridge Dam or the one in Joyce Park hold carp? Those could make for a very quick and painless backup plan. I'm going to get some seed soaking tonight so I can scout and chum on Thursday or Friday.

Joyce park is froze partialy any way... I will go down and check it out. I would have to be with you when you fish there as it is private, members only fishing. We used to let anyone fish there but people leave garbage and take fish out to other ponds. We use the pond for two MRDD fishing derbys.
