Well it felt like a Hurricane today down at Lake Sinclair; but we kept at it and finally pulled up a little 4 pound skunk buster..Never been so glad to see one little carp...too bad we couldn't have had yesterdays weather today; high 60's, sunny and calm..made for a nice sunset picture while gulping down some hotdogs from the grill...

Thanks, looking for Justin and Eric to have big years this year....Horace if you do make it down at the end of the week, the carp were really rolling out there in the "usual place" while I was throwing out the corn and catfood the day before....Lots of folks were down there fishing that day; not for cats either but for shellcrackers (saw some nice shellcrackers) and white bass (that one surprized me; they were seining for shad to fish for white bass). The local folks also were saying that the water temp there in front of the plant is cooler than years past...
