Tiger nut flour yes, but the nuts are oily so the process is slower. To help, mix the nuts with a grain. . Hemp is too oily for most mills, and I would not try it unless using with a blend of other items at the same time...Hemp i found is much easier to blend in a good blender like a Kitchen aid brand one.. Anything like grains this thing is fantastic..corn,wheat,etc
