[ATC NEWS and UPDATES]

As I sit on the bank of Lake Austin, thinking back on the 10 fish we caught today, and the last minute run we made at first I wonder if anyone else noticed that all but one of the winners are members of the Lonestar Carp Brigade? And Brid, consider yourself a member, you met all the requirements of membership! It was great to meet you. We'll get your Tshirt to you as soon as they are printed. I know we wanted the champs to be from Texas but do you think its rude of us to take all 3 spots?

It's fitting that residents of the state it's being held in come out winners.

After all y'all do have the advantage of being able to fish the area more often.

It simple I love carp angling as well as the people I've met while doing so.

As well as being a member of ACS,I've just joined CAG today.The benefits I stand to gain make it a worth while experience.The more members the more we have a say in what goes on in angling.Not to mention this is a great sport fish to me,and I'm willing to do what it takes to make more realise this fact.

Now all I have to do is wait for my membership to be applied as a CAG member
