We received around 40 new items in the latest shipment of tackle. We are now over 4000 items offered. With the upgrade on the e-store we lost many of the customizations which are being rebuilt includuing the "New Items" tab. We hope to have most the customizations back up in the next 30 days plus new features the new program allows. If you have any suggestions on tackle we should carry for '08 or any other input please send us an email.

I'll post once again for a BCT 10% discount perspective: (One last time) You must be registered on the e-store, then we need is your CAG member#, Login name and real name to check everything and switch you over to receive the discount via email. BCT email Takes us 10 seconds to do, but you need to allow 1-2 business days to get to it. You receive back an account modification notification via email that means you have been given the 10% off. If we receive this and somehow mess up(vacation, spending time with family, etc.) we are glad to issue you refund or store credit towards your next purchase. All of our transactions happen real time to get your order out immediately. It's just the business model we have chosen and we and our customers for the most part seem extremely happy with it. Once this is completed and you use the same login and password you are set for all future purposes. If you forget these things and re-register it is like starting over again. There is a way to have your password sent through the store if you forget or just email us! We are seriously considering doing away with the 10% CAG discount because it is a admistrative nightmare refunding/crediting after the fact. If I had a $1 for everytime someone puts the notes "I didn't get my CAG discount" I could probably retire!! If we had a box you check to get 10% off everyone would check it!!.. No matter if they belonged to CAG or not. We are looking into some other options that are very similiar, but it has come to the point it isn't worth it using the current system. We want to help give potential members reasons to join but when it takes up literally hours each week to correct these issues and doesn't make business sense we have to make tough business decisions. Neil has been great to work with and has tried to get the word out..so many thanks Neil and hopefully we can come up with a system that everyone will be happy with. He has suggsted(and may be an option) if you don't register or don't use the existing discount account established you automatically forfeit the discount? Which may be known as the "Neil Rule" On a more positive note you will notice our Fed Ex Ground shipping rates have been lowered considerably and we are adjusting them back in line with the discounts we receive now from Fed Ex do in great part to the business we receive from all of you...Many Thanks for that. We are just passing that on to our customers. This explains why many of our recent orders from customers have received credit (coupons) towards your next purchase for shipping overcharges. A lot of new inventory has arrived and been posted with still more to go. We are currently working to re-implement some customizations we had previously (i.e. "New Items") It may take us another 30-60 days to get all of those back in place.

Just a reminder of the free delivery option to the CCC next weekend. We will stop taking order at 12PM CST on Thursday the 6th. I plan on arriving the evening of the 7th in Indianapolis for the corn boil(party). We be at the event Saturday morning to hand out orders prior to the peg draw also. Sorry for the closing, but the tech people found something they didn't like It's still not back to the old layout but if you hit the "Buy Now" you will find the options on the next page when available. The upgrade which has happened mostly at night and really had little effect on the e-store is almost finished. I'm told the techs will wrap it up in the next 24 hours. Just wanted to re-post this as a quick reminder. All orders received this evening /tonight before the store is taken offline will ship on Monday. Appreciate your patience and we'll be re-opened as soon as possible, but are planning on most of the week to get all the bugs worked out. We also are getting much closer to the PDF catalog becoming a reality(Hopefully within a month). Been working on the catalog for over a year and it has been a major undertaking and taken us much longer than we antipated which we apologize for.

We will be closing for the week of August 20th for some major upgrades and enhancements to the E-store. Please place any orders you may need early September including Indianapolis / CCC if possible. Sometimes these things take longer than planned to get all the little quirks ironed out. That could take a week or two, although are planning to be back up and running by the 27th. Appreciate your patience in this matter. We are in hopes the upgrade will speed up the download times.

Prologic and Gardner orders have been placed and should arrive in the next few weeks.

I've received some new Sunline(very popular on the BASS circuit) carpline to be field tested. So don't be surprised if you place an order, especially with reels, you don't receive a spool or two!! This is resistant to UV rays which should be great.

We are getting closer to getting the service up and running. This fall will be more of a test run to be up 100% for next spring. We will be offering special pricing and discounts during this time. We will be able to combine any base mix we offer with any additives and flavors as long as it rolls!!.. If you want to send us you own base mix, additives or flavors we can calculate a price to custom roll that for you to your specifics. One feature we are going to offer is a "Bait Guru" section. If you come up with a bait that is a winner we will roll that specific bait and sell it under a name you choose. The cool thing is you will receive a commission on that bait when it is sold!! Obviously any information we are given by our clients will be kept confidential.

We will be offering delivery to this CAG event. We will not be be bringing the BCT tackle trailor due to other travel commitments. When going through the check-out process please check the CCC delivery option. These prices will most likely be free excluding large and heavy items that may incur a small handling charge. Everything is posted except the new Solar terminal tackle range. Should get that on today/tomorrow. The new Solar baits (Carp Food) look awesome and apparently they aren't boilied, but processed(cooked) in some gel to preserve them and keeps the attractants intact. Dynamite Baits should be here early this week I'm told If you get your order in before 10am CST Monday June 18th it will ship that same day. 4 day Fed Ex Ground it should arrive pre-CAGI. We are still working on a PDF catalog. Due to the size of our inventory currently, adding much more in the future, to print them it is just not cost effective. Plus by the time we did get them finished they wouldn't have all that we offer.
