We are planning on camping at Emma Long Park, so the host hotel wouldn't really be an option for me.. Let me know another option. I did speak with the Olcaptain and he said that some fellow anglers from Georgia were making the haul. I might be able to pay them to bring my stuff. Thanks for all of your help.

if you are camping at Emma Long then you will miss the peg draw and the awards dinner. Emma closes it's gates from 10pm to 7am with no way out until then. the peg draw is at 5am friday and saturday as the awards dinner is at 9pm. you don't really need to goto either but you will be at a disadvantage taking the last available peg each day as well and then not taking advantage of the free dinner.

the family and I decided to enjoy the nice weather and go fishing. Only one fish was landed but it was a chunky 28#8oz smallmouth buff. I picked the rod after a big drop back and as it was coming back forward slowly. I was hoping to get the boys on some buffs but it wasnt our day. Caught using a running rig, panko method and cinnamon butter rum maize.
