Got to remember that Ladybird used to be a river, fish can be in one swim today and a mile away the next. Obviously the fish that were in Brian and Tom's swim on day two were not there at all on day one (Kevin and I did not see anything and neither of us had a bite the whole day). From what they both told us they were catching in the same spots as we had our baits on day one. With the alternative draw option I would pick the swim I was in on day one as these fish do respond to some level of pre-baiting.
Maybe we should go back to drawing the same swim two days in a row, might persuade people to actually get some bait into the swim and attract the fish.

Standalone - you should ask Lee Young from WI he worked with them on the designs

12lb mono or 30lb braid is fine on Ladybird. If using braid add a 30lb nylon leader to give some stretch close in and protect the fish.

Wanted to add that if no buffalo are caught money will go to smallest carp instead. There are generally two or three buffalo caught most years though.

The whole of Auditorium Shore (SRV Stature, Dog Steps and 1st St Bridge swims) is a no go due to construction work re-designing that area. When they are done there will be a dog free areas from 1st St Bridge past SRV Statue. Work scheduled to be completed this year.
So Andy's woes will never again happen LOL

Brid - why don't you just stop bitching and moaning about everything. A lot of people have put a lot of effort into the ATC (the same as every year) and don't need to hear your ungrateful bull####.
So you have to walk to some of the swims and parking is limited. The world has yet to become a perfect place where you can drive right up to your spot, park for free and not have to carry anything to go fishing.
My advice is just quit fishing if you are not having fun and it does not make you happy. Don't spread your disgruntled, pissed off and moaning demeanor on the rest of us.
Bottom line no one wants to hear your misery derived moaning - why do you think most people care not to fish with you any more.
Just shut the F up.

Just have to make sure you and your team mate vote the way you want to see it.
I will say we have more than enough pegs for all the teams. Including five that have not been used in the ATC before.

Fortunate to have won that one last year and my partner took it the year before.

Big 4 or Total Weight will have to be team - might think about doing both giving twice the chance to win. Big carp and big buffalo will remain.
Team will be $20 per team. Individuals $10 for the Big Carp and Big Buffalo

I agree with Iain - sounds to me like they are spawning and not eating. If the same behaviour continues for any length of time you may also have a rig problem - post us a picture of the rig and let us see.
