A little good news to report is that Indianapolis is now getting our first decent amount of rain in quite a while.

Maybe, hopefully, this will energize the river somewhat.

At least in my years of experience fishing there, it seems to often happen that way.

Westside does not sell licenses, so you might consider getting one online from the Indiana DNR.
