Anybody selling cheaper pod?

Its like cast alum, or pot metal. You think they could male it a little stronger,
-
Fox pod that I used maybe 5 times

Looks like a washer for indexing a rod pod or something similar. Loosen a nut or wing nut, pivot the part the where the teeth match and tighten. I have something similar to that with my arrow fletching jig except the jig index has U-shaped notches.
Exactly and I'll tell me why this happened

Here are some of the rules, I might forget something but they are pretty much the same in all carp events.
Peg draw 6am SHARP!!!! If you are late you will be able to fish but will be placed in the highest numbered pegs. Southern pegs
Fishing from 7am thru 4pm
Lunch around noon. we will be fishing through lunch
$50 entry, optional $10 big fish pot
2 rods, if fishing is slow, 3 rods will be allowed after 12pm, organizer will decide at noon.
No treble hooks, one hook per line BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Any bait and method allowed. Please chum responsibly . (dont use a 5 gallon bucket full)
Hook must be in the mouth or a minimum of 2" of mouth for fish to count for your total
Only your biggest 5 fish will count for your overall total
You and you only must strike and fight your fish, anyone can net it.
You must be present @ 4pm for all prizes and payouts
You must have ALL your fish weighed and witnessed by another angler and they must sign your score card, no exceptions!!!!
Don't turn your score card in if ALL fish aren't signed off on.
All fish must be alive when released.
All rules are subject to change to benefit the organizers total weight, LOL. Just kidding.
Please Pre -figure your totals before handing in score card, it just makes everything go faster after the event.
If you would like to fish next to someone, let me know before peg draw
Lets not make this a rule filled complaint filled event, lets just fish and relax.
If you have any other questions please ask now.

Tournament only a few weeks away, psyched to hit the Lagoon! I saw you were posting the rules, possibly Monday? Are they being posted today?
Workin on it right now
-
Lookin good, see ya Friday!
-
Final rules will be posted Monday (nothing out of the ordinary).
And again, If you changed your mind about this event please let me know so I can figure the spacing for pegs, and the amount of food I should bring for our lunch.
-
Jaffar, I will decide this week on two or three rods. I'm trying to give everyone the most bank space as possible with keeping all of us farthest to the north end of the lagoon (where I think most of the fish will be).
-
After walking off pegs this last weekend at the lagoon I have decided to close the entry for this event. We have 16 on the list and 3 on the reserve. All will be able to fish.
If your not familiar with the Lagoon, the further south you go the shallower it gets. That's why I decided to cap entry list at 19 anglers.
The 3 anglers are still on the reserve list, but will be able to fish no matter what, Josef, Mike D, and Ali are on the entry list. If for some reason I missed someone let me know asap.
As we learned last year, you must have a Illinois fishing license, Illinois DNR will be there.
Also got word of a few more good prizes for the 19TH.

Thanks, on behalf of Team USA Carp Squad! And yes, I owe you a beer; hopefully I will get the chance to pay off that debt, during the 2018 Kewaunee International Carp Championship.
