Thanks for the feedback guys.
"IF" they let mail through, they could still flag it as spam.
For anybody reading this I'll explain in case you run into a problem with your mail not being received by others.
A host can have multiple domains, all using one MAIL server, thus resulting in the same originating IP for all the domains.
Now if you have "Bob's Porn Stars LLC" on that same host MAIL server, and they are spamming people with "FREE MEMBERSHIP, ALL WE NEED IS YOUR CCARD #" e-mails, they will get reported by people like me. I will FLAG them as SPAM in my "gmail"
It's then some tech guy in Bangladesh that is suppose to "blacklist" IP with multiple reports, with proof of SPAM.......BUT if he is lazy, he will just place a "global" ban on that IP instead of just the "range" used by "Bob's Website" . It's quicker to just ban the whole IP instead of figuring out what ports are being used.
It will stay that way until your domain host get the ban lifted. You as an individual can not get it done.
Get rid of gmail, they read and scan all your e-mails anyway ..... why do you think it "free" ? And yes it's legal, you gave them permission to do so by agreeing to the EULA
See here why you should never just AGREE to terms :)
