I tried tiger nuts for the first time today during a short session with my dad and son. We only only caught one fish but it was a good one. I think mid teens. I love catching fish that big while all the bass anglers are getting excited about fifteen inches.

I started using boilies and hair rigs in the middle of last year. I have caught over fifty carp since then but im missin one thing. I thought carp were supposed to hook themselves and make screaming runs. I have only had this experiance a few times though. Its ususally tap tap pick up the rod and stick em. im catching plenty of fish but i want my alarms to scream. if anybody has an tips on rigging etc. please help me out.

to me spring is when the grass turns green, the trees bud, and the carp turn on. today several commons the biggest only ten pounds. a 20 buffalo several small cats and my first ever gar on a boilie.
