I do have the web link, but I prefer calling them directly and they provide you with a confirmation #, until you receive it by mail. Web link gets complicated the odd time.
By purchasing your seasonal non-resident for US$50.00, you also get offered "Free", the NY saltwater license. The latter is good for fishing on Lake Ontario.
Supposingly salmon in the lake are considered saltwater species, but the same salmon caught in any of the estuaries going into the lake (e.g,, the Salmon River going through Pulaski all the way to Altmar) need the first fishing license. Go figure, free is free and maybe one day I'll go salmon fishing with an outfitting service (from NY state of course).
From Ontario, you would need an Ontario license, which I also have as a non-resident for three years.

Just renewed my seasonal (one year) non-resident NY fishing license.
Ready to go.

AF Bob, on my FaceBook post on the CanAm 2015, this response was placed:
Scott Petticrew and Daniel Maravalle, can you add us to the list.
For Team Canada.

All the best of skills (luck). It is a friendly competition after all.
Yeah right! LOL

OK thanks.
Pretty far for me (did a Google Earth search), but also as a volunteer for Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) in managing the wetlands near where I live, I am responsible for the contingency hunts (2 weekends) organised on the site at that time.
Missing a great venue for sure.

Phil, as mentioned last year:

Talked this morning with a US Custom Officer of Ogdensburg, NY Office and explained my eventual visit and purpose to the Waddington event and how does it work for bringing into the USA homemade carp bait. He referred me to the US Custom Agricultural Office in Alexandria, NY.
Talked to Ag Officer "Chiriko". As long as it is not for commercial purposes, not value much, and small resonable quantity of prepared corn or hempseed, there should be no problem. Just have to say that to border custom officer if questionned, and hope for the best of interpretation.

Put my name in for Team Canada.

Folks, this is a full-blown CAG event now, and we need volunteers... I plan to go to act as mentor and marshall. Who else is coming?
Let me verify my summer schedule, and get back.

At minus 14 degree Celcius, there was no open water, so I did not try. Sorry.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Yes I do, but would be fined using it on a natural municipal rink. Would be seen as a crazy person doing this.
LOL
