Grass Carp And Koi

Recommended Posts

I made a post a couple months ago about some big fish i caught out of a pond. well heres some more fish caught from there in the past couple weeks. i caught a new pb grass carp at 19ib 3oz and another one a little smaller. I landed some common carp but they were a lot smaller than the big ones we caught in the spring. And the little koi was really cool.

What a nice pond to have nearby! Very jealous :P Koi, grassers and common---any chance of mirrors---then you could get the super slam! :D

Guest THE BIG WORM

The Koi looks like it may be offspring from "The Cow". It has the same end point for the scales just below the lateral line, and the color ring around the eye is the same.....and very rare. May not be offspring from that pond, but they are definitly related.

Nice Fish Andrew!

If the cow is the parent then the little koi must be the "golden calf" lol
