Unable to renew my membership

I am trying to renew my membership by paying with a VISA card. When I click to confirm and continue, I get a notification that I am unable to pay with this card, try a different card. I had the wife check and the card is not maxed so I don't know why it won't work. Also, my name self populates as Roy Buchanan SR. This is not my name. My name is Roy Buchanan Jr. ( I perfer just Roy Buchanan). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You're trying to create new renewal invoices, To see your account always check your "Client Area"

It must have been my card. I used another and it worked. Thanks for the help Willem. I should be good for another year now.
