Christopher Ondecko
Looking for any information or suggestions on good locations along the Monongahela River near Charleroi PA.
Dale Holmes
Looks like some convenient bank access right next to one of the ball parks in Charleroi Community Park.

Christopher Ondecko
I've been to the Aquatorium a couple of times and had a little bit of luck. I was told by some locals that there are carp in that area but rarely anything 30"+. I appreciate the feedback fellas.

Down in WV they seem to catch some decent ones - but I have yet to see any real proof of large Mon carp in PA. Wish I was wrong.......as it's the closest water to my house. :😢
Christopher Ondecko
I have gone down where pigeon creek meets the mon, by sheetz. you can see the carp and all that fun stuff but I have witnessed anything of substantial size. I'm going to Lake Arthur this weekend to try my luck there.
KingKool
Arthur holds some big ones. Good luck. (lots of channel cats to deal with), but some decent carp to be had as well. I'll be in Erie this weekend - the trout are hitting hard on Lake Pleasant at night. (did I just get excited about trout??? ) 😂.......... https://pfbc.pa.gov/bioreports/bio2018/2x01-11-LakePleasant.pdf Edited September 7, 2018 by KingKool added link
