how come my membership did not renewed from paypal ? now i cant find out how to renew

thank you it show my membership expired 7/27/24 . paypal shows my last payment was 7/27/23 and shows my next payment to be 7/27/25. Witch i have a tournament that starts that day so i need to be a member before the 25th of this month
