I won't buy knock-off anything anymore. They'll do nothing but let you down when you least expect it. I bought a pair of Delkim knock offs....they both took a dump. Then bought a pair that had a 3 year warranty. Had to send one back because sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not.... Even had a problem with a Fox Ultron X3. The on/off button would not click. You push it in and it would stay pushed in... I managed to fix this issue.
Later this year I plan to buy three Delkims. I like the knobs instead on buttons, also I hear they are a lot more sensitive.

No ideas for next year? Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to have one more centrally located at some point...
There should at least be a pool of four or five places and just rotate from year to year...

I think that DC would make a great second CCC. But I would still like to see other possibilities for future CCC's. This takes alot of preplaning...one year for preplans is pushing it....I think. A year to plan such an event will give the orgs a more comfortable time. Who knows they might even have hair left after its said and done.
I agree... You also need to take into consideration that people need to plan for time off and the earlier plans are known, the easier it is to plan.

Zach is working on the prizes. I'll check in with him in the morning. So far ACS Tournaments and Big Carp Tackle have pledged prizes that I know of..
Thanks,
Chad
Oh, that's cool then... I hope to fish it next year, plans always change though

Can I ask a dumb question? I see that it is $120/team. What are the prizes? Or did I over look that part?
I guess $120 to fish and have some food

When fishing my river spot, I dump around 15lbs. of field corn in the night before and I fish it starting the next morning. I would mix it up though, this way the fish might not get burned out on a bait. Which would probably take a while, but still might not be a bad idea.

What make/model camera are you using? Those pics make me wish I could pack the truck and head north!!!! NICE

Last week I snagged a bluegill with a jerk bait, the bluegill was smaller than most people's thumb nail...maybe pinky-nail size.

The redtail cat is different than the one pictured above, it has more of a black body. I've always wanted one in my aquarium, but here they get huge fairly quick. Then what would I do with it?

I've lost more big fish than I have landed. Hopefully that trend will come to an end this year.
Good luck on your next outting
