Hi,
I can offer a helping hand in the issues of image size and load up time, five years ago it was claimed that up 70% of internet users were surfing at 28Kbps, which is slow. Today i think you can safely say that the average user is surfing at 56Kbps (Maybe-bold statement). Anyways i would guess the best thing for you to think about is the you want to complete your main page with a space of 35K total that way using a really bad dial up connection it will only take 31secs to load page, with a 28kbps modem it will take 15 secs. And with an 56kbps it will take around 8 secs.
USE THUMB NAILS IN GALLERYS.
CUT OUT PIXELS RUTHLESSLY( IF AN IMAGE CONTAINS A TON OF CRAP THIS IS WASTED SPACE_TRIM IMAGES USING ADOBE PHOTOSHOP)
e-mail or pm for more help

True Story, its weird..........
The first two proper carp i ever caught were both very strange indeed, here goes.
Me and my mate Dave fished toegther eveyr day when we lived in derby. The lake we mainly went to was Markeaton Park, its not a bad lake but is pretty difficult ot catch carp from when your 14. Anyway we crept up on some carp and were feeding them dog mixers of the top after 30 mins we cast in with a dig biscuit on and i hooked into the runt of the pack, it was probably 8lbs. The next week after spawning we found the carp dead. It looked like it was ready to go when i caught it hardly any fight.
After that experience ( finally catching a carp) me and dave bought a two rod set up between us from this bloke it was second hand tackle. We went and bought some boilies etc, and camped out all day and noght waiting for a bite, this was about three days after we saw all the carp spawning, we had fished for 10 hrs withut a bite, so i recast my rod and it snapped in half. As i was coming to terms with the snapped rod the other rod roared off and resulted in my pb carp of 15lbs 2oz, to this day o havent caught a bigger carp, it was on Daves rod because he was walking around the lake, when he got bakc he did`nt believe that i`d snapped a rod but then caught a carp, 6 /7 years late i`m still tryuing to get a bigger one out.
