Fishing at the infamous upstate NY reservoir with Joel, Louis one day, and when it rains up there, IT RAINS. I didn't have my bivvy (everyone else did) so I eneded up sitting under an umbrella braving the deafening thunder and rain. all got a bit hairy when a lightning bolt hit one of the pine trees about 10 meters away from us. Needless to say I ran to the car like a big girl. I didn't feel so bad when I got there because Joel was already at his car, so I wasn't the biggest girl

Thanks Mike, it's fun bumping it up a pound at a time.
This is only my first season in the States, I've had more high 20's than you can shake a PVA stick at, so I've got no complaints at all!
I'll happily bump it up a pound a month for the next few years and still be happy!
I've got no doubt at all that a 30 + is on it's way in the near future!

Had a great session this weekend, fishing with my good buddy Joel. We fished from Friday until Sunday and had around 30 fish between us including upping my PB 1lb from from 27 to just over 28 along with numerous other 20's. Too many pics to post them all, but here's the best of them.

Wow, that's a big perch!
I've had some monsters myself at 5lb 2oz back in London fishing the coppermill stream at Walthamstow.
But 6lb + Perch, that is a monster!
