[Tempe Town Lake]

I recently read your post about Tempe town Lake. I've wanted to try fishing there but wondered if the fish had rebounded after the dam burst. sounds like they have. Anybody fished it lately, and where? Is there a fee to park or what's the situation there. I have never been there, yet. Thanks
