I assume they're in your freezer by now. take one out, let it thaw and give it a soak to see if it stays together...if it turns to pudding, you'll need to adjust the basemix; i'd probably add semolina (~ 1 cup) to that mix. It might help balance things out depending on the horse pellet that you used (esp if high soy content). If you start to obsess over color, try the commercial bait dyes. (I personally use the dry dye by wacker...a tiny-bit goes a loonnng way!)
