  1. I am going to go fishing at the DC Tidal basin Saturday Nov 21st from as early as I can get up until about 5:00pm. Anyone interested please join me. If you are new to the area, you can park on Ohio Drive SW either along the street or in the designated parking lots under the I-395 bridge.   3. The DC tidal basin, here is a video from that spot

    Haines Point in DC are very popular.

    Here is a video from our last fish in at Algonkian Regional Park

    But the Rappahanock has carp anywhere in the Potomac as well. Lake Anna. There are tons of places it will just take some trial and error.
