    Hi Andrew

    I'm an expat uk carp angler and I'm living in the Seattle area.

    I'm planning on exploring the Columbia river this year,mainly Lake Roosevelt and the Spokane arm, i know you were hear a few years back and I'm reaching out to you for any advise you can give me!

    Access to waters here is a big problem so anything would help!!
