macfish here. Marcus, nope, never heard of it. Is it one that they have some episodes on Youtube? There was also another show that I watched which was about an unusual group of employees at an English department store. They store owner was senile, there were several employees who were "sensitive" about certain of their personality traits and there was even a Colonel on the staff. Can't remember the name of that one either, but to me it was better than Keeping Up Appearances. Thanks, Jonathan
Type Vicky Pollard in on youtube, here's one to get you started - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcqUn79eGL4

some show that had a lady pretending to be socially a bit more than she was (can't remember the name). Great stuff! Jonathan
Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet) in Keeping up appearances - not the best to be honest, have you seen little Britain Macfish?

Can't wait ...
Being 8 hours behind you Rick I hate these posts of yours as they inevitably mean I either stay up until stupid o'clock waiting for your money shot or I get up too early and get in to work at half past stupid which then means I'm knackered by 4pm. JUST POST THE DAMN PICTURES

I don't think catfish and koi would cross, looks more like an albino wels to me - Keith would probably have the last word on this though

River carp are nomadic and feed against or on features, get the marker rod out and find out 'what lies beneath!!' get some bait out, stick both rods on it and hope for the best!

When and where is your next trip?
I was thinking more of the descriptive prose than of the modern style of fishing!
Good question Rick, we're about 8 weeks away from baby number 2 so at the moment I'm getting sneaky fly fishing sessions in at 5 a.m. before work With regards to my next trip I'm hoping to fish lake Bin El Ouidane in Morocco in December this year but the missus won't confirm until we find out how the birth goes and the first few months after so if I go at all it will be a very late decision. Other than that Geoff and I are planning a trip to thousand islands next summer, he's hopefully going scouting later this month for a week to check out a few areas. I'll keep you posted Rick, as ever you are more than welcome to join us
