Beauty fish MO. I need to hit some creeks.

Made it out yesterday two hours on the way home from work. Stopped by CCIW(Hamilton harbor) for a quick fish. No takers but it was nice to be carp fishing , looking forward to spring and hopefully we can all get together for a fish.
crushed boilie/expanding pellets and pinkberry goo in pva mesh was on the menu.

The problem with some bite alarms is that they often take small, non-standard batteries of relatively high voltage, like 12v.Each of these takes 2 cells and I don't want to put 12v ones in if they take 1.5v and fry the curcuits.Maybe try googling the brand name

Hey guys, wondering if anyone is interested in meeting up on the 9th or 16th for some fishing. Maybe the Hamilton area or wherever else you’d think would be a good spot. Get some guys out I might be able to get a couple guys also. So let me know what ya think.

I kept working on it, working on it. This week was absolutely abysmal, got 4 carp runs total, lost 2 on a snag, nothing big landed. I blanked 3 days in a row. I gave it one last chance this morning, I only had a window of a couple of hours to fish one last time with the talented Ryan Munn. Less than 30 minutes before we had to wrap up, I got a couple of beeps. I grumbled "f*** catfish". It turned out to be a tad bigger. 36 pounds and a half, now guess who is ahead of Sean and Kody? ?
Now Sean, if you read this, remember what you said (which I totally agreed with)? NEVER GIVE UP. The ball is in your camp, buddy. Please make my day, change the ranking once again...
What a beauty. I can’t wait to catch a monster like that.

Pretty sure you could carp fish with two rods from a boat don’t see why there’s a difference between land and a boat.

You can fish two rods each on the Great Lakes from a boat. One rod from shore.

Fished Lasalle last night for a few hours. Managed one around 10lbs using pack bait (can corn, oats, crushed boilies)

Went out last night for a quick 3hr session managed one around 7lbs. Pineapple corn with yellow and green floating corn.
