i know that back in 87 before the world Match competion
in my city (Coimbra, Mondego river) they introduced
the famous Tench over there, they were like 1lb in size
i woul love to know how much they have grown and
go back and catch some over there

i you love that too, because my float fishing is done with spinning reels
i never had the chance to use and learn the centrepin reels

it's good to see that float fishing is getting some
exposure lately, as you mention Sean there's nothing
like a 20lb on a light rod, the tip of the rod almost touching
the handle, it's awesome

at least the lake was not frozen and you could drop your lines in
because mine even with some mild temperatures (35,36f) it's still
solid frozen
