I didn't make a precise count yet, but I'd say we have around 60 folks who registered. I know of a few more who will come but didn't register.
Help me guys, it would be real cool to reach 100 participants this year...

I have a million ice fishing pics not scanned, but here's one from a trip to Champlain (Missisquoi Bay). A nice 5+lb largemouth hit amoungst a bunch of 2-10lb pike....
Hmm...Champlain....so many memories....can't wait to get back there on the ice!

I would agree with Jerome here. We all know what happened with Lake Sarulesti (Raduta), perhaps the best carp fishery in the world, once the owner stocked carp from the Danube River in it...

Yes, I know, you first have to find them, then re-scale them, but what else do you have to do anyway? There is ice on the water (I checked), so don't even bother with you know what...

And I am very sad to report that I too have seen such barbaric acts...
As someone originally from Europe, where carp is highly regarded, I will only say that all the fishing rules and anti-littering regulations will not make up for decades -- perhaps centuries -- of brainwashing and obscurantism.
