I also echo all these sentiments for adding and running more events. All really good points. But, the key here is that we DESPERATELY need an events coordinator, a big job that requires a big commitment. Anyone out there interested......

Here is another gorgeous mirror that I landed today, Dec. 5. This December brute is a fully scaled mirror and one of the best looking fsm that I have landed this year.

Here is a December mirror landed on Dec. 3, 2015. What was unusual about this mirror was the rose colored belly and sides with very few scales. It also had bright yellow/orange fins. This is typical of winter colors that we see here in New England.

Talking yesterdays....yesterday was one of my best days of the fall with 20 fish landed in a three hour period. And, I had a bunch of decent ones like the mirror below. Rain and stormy weather was moving in and it had the carp charged up in the spot I was fishing.

Take a look at this stunning mirror that I landed today, Dec. 9. The fish was a brute but had one of the most beautiful scale patterns I have seen in a long time on a mirror (and we have some gorgeous mirrors around here). It had a number of HUGE golden scales that seemed to glow mixed in with some darker large scales around the mid section of the body. There were lots of smaller scales around the tail. Gotta love those mirrors....all so unique!
