  3. Dave does a great job at BCT. The problem I am running into right now is getting Fox to reply to Dave about a swap on my pod. I had an issue with my Eclipse. Dave contacted them about it, and they said it was covered under warranty, and would honor it but the Eclipse was discountinued and they didn't have any stock, so wanted to know if there was another pod I wanted to swap it out for. This was back in August and Dave cannot get Fox to reply now. Really starting to piss me off. Likely the last Fox product I purchase because of this, even if they do man up and swap out the pod.

  4. Even though the fish didn't cooperate, was great to get out and explore this underutilized river in NW Ohio. Although I went fishless, I'm going to put some more time into the location I was at. There were fish in the margins surfacing in the AM before the boat traffic picked up, but I was afraid to get a line over there because of the boat traffic. LOL. The river was up a bit and running quick. The main channel took 3-4oz of lead to stay down.

Vince....Springtime will hold big spawning fish from the lake. The problem falls with the walleye and white bass fishermen that will line the river shoulder to shoulder to cast. Some of these other locations we fished likely will not hold anglers, so it's always possible. I plan to hit my location again soon with a different approach, and then again a couple of times this fall.

  5. With a Jr membership, each of the CAG events scheduled could have a Jr event corresponding with it (IE: Jr. CCC). Not a seperate events, but seperate awards for those jr's who wish to fish in such events, and can be fished by them at their guardians pegs, etc. I know a lot of youngsters who would love to participate in events such as these.

  6. Jerome, I believe the COPPA constraints can be lifted if a legal parent or guardian sign a waiver releasing those rights and allowing their child to participate. This is how we have skirted this with other things I have participated in. IMO....forum participation is a NO NO, but that is my preference. I personally have always thought a JR membership is a great idea, even before my kids were born. LOL. Gives them a sense of ownership if you will.
