Indeed, it was quite a pleasure to come home and see all the great reports! Nice work everyone! I was lucky enough to catch a few this weekend too...

HOLY CRAP. Louis just informed me of these captures last night! Some of the best looking mirrors I have ever seen, and on top of that, they are freaking huge, and in PA! Awesome stuff guys! Keep hauling!
-
That's some serious girth.
-
Some REALLy nice mirrors in that river. Louis and I had 3 or 4 nice mirrors in 2007.

Ouch indeed!
BUT...it could have just been Scott's Texas bravado and trying to talk up his current partner.
He better hope he wins with smack like that.

That is a really nice specimen Axel! I haven't caught one of those in a while out of the trash swamps of Philadelphia.
-
good to see you strapped on a pair!
My mega-ton industrial strength strap just arrived via the internets. I should be set!

Indeed, a great motivator! It's been especially fun seeing all the great fish our Northern brethren are posting!

It's packaged groundbait. There are a few kinds, but we are using the tiger nut carpet feed. Ground tigers, hempseed and who nows what else. It's brown. I just got a big order of new dynamite products and we have been experimenting with them. This is my favorite, judging mostly by looks so far
In terms of texture, it's coarsely ground. It also has a slightly sweet/nutty odor to it. Seems to be a nice addition to your method/pack as a breaker or particle ground bait for spodding.

Can't believe how big Liam is getting since I last saw him at Marburg! Totally awesome Stewart and Liam!

Let's be realistic here, how many members are going to be excluded because it is paypal/internet only? There comes a time when the small minority of those that are technologically and bank account deficient can no longer be coddled. Get with the times.

Is is still considered flogging if the dead horse was privately owned or if the horse previously was a public servant carrying riot police?
-
And Scott, you are still worng. Tomhannock is different than a PRIVATELY OWNED paylake. your case wouldn't hold up in a court of law.
-
Frankly, why exclude paylakes? I think that is stupid. I do understand big fish are captured and stocked in a paylake. They still have to be caught. And frankly, I am MUCH more concerned about putting rules in place that don't allow an anglers integrity to come into play - such as lying about the size of fish, which is a distinct possibility.
