Larry pm sent about BCT prize

I prefer to leave pack/method unflavored as I can always add it to each ball before casting. Either with a spray or just drip some onto the outside.

I have heard of people having the same Solar Worldwide Pod for over 10 years and they're still holding strong! Be warned though, this is an expensive one!
I have an original Solar Sod pod for 20 years

I love it on breakfast sandwiches!
-
I am thoroughly impressed!

I use packbait/method around the lead quite a bit with boilies. It's perfectly fine to do and no matter what anyone says it's not wrong. If it catches you fish then carry on with the catching!

http://www.bigcarptackle.com/korda-strippa-tool These are out of stock but will be arriving soon again. I use a tool personally as I always found it difficult to use a fingernail no matter what the brand was.
They're back in stock

BCT has several. Gardner ones are cheap and in stock. Fox and Korda are out of stock.

Kryston hasn't let me down in the 20years I've used it.

Piece of heavy mono, small piece of stick, or anything stuff enough to snuff the bait up against

You wouldn't be the first bass fisherman that's done it

The sweetcorn will pull off the hair easily. Big Carp Tackle has Rod Hutchinson corn that is very good.
-
Frozen will work fine. I used to buy the bags for quick trips where I was just I using sweetcorn to introduce people to carp fishing. I don't remember the frozen chucks floating.

If I come across any more I'll share! Got a box full of old pictures to go thorough

I will use the chod as a "feeler rig" when scouting around a water I haven't fished much of when I know that there are weeds laying on the bottom that I want to fish on to of. I also only use popups with them.
The stiff hinge I use when using larger boilies and hooks. I like to thread on a small PVA bag of crushed boilies and with a good spread of baits. I wouldn't use it over top of a weed bed as there are better rigs to use in that situation.

Dead of summer can be rough. Could be a good time to stalk some on a fly rod though.
