O'reily Auto parts of Joliet wanted every Angler who attends the April 30th event to have a fresh clean bucket to start off the year of fishing.

Thanks to all who donated and/or signed up, I really appreciate it. Never thought it would make it 4 straight years. Honestly the 1st "5 Bridges" tournament was intended just to give Frank Rink a break on organizing and just let him fish and relax at least one Joliet event. Then anglers kept asking if I was going to have another and another and another.
I keep thinking of rules as I go, so bare with me. Here are a few more things,LOL.
As at the first "5 Bridges" event, if one of the 1st,2nd, or 3rd Place finishers has the big fish of the day, that angler will have their choice of prize for their finish or the big fish pot.(1st, 2nd and 3rd place can only win one of the top 4 prizes.( if that makes any sense to you) LOL
Don't forget to remind me at the end of peg draw, I'm going to throw in a TWIST!
And don't forget to bring a friend for the discounted entry fee.
If your bringing anyone else please let me know and I will gladly feed the too.
Nobody told me is NOT an excuse.
Between now and the 30th I'm going to ask at the police station on how far south we can peg on the east side of the river.
And is there any suggestions on how many peg should be use there, besides the end peg furthest to south, (of course Capitan Obvious)?

I would like to donate $20.00 for the the lowest total weight. We can call it the 'Blank like Chris does at Joliet' award. In the event of a tie, parish the thought, the tie breaker will be the person with the with the last peg draw.

Anglers don't eat breakfast on April 30th, Home Cut Donut's has generously given us 5 dozen donuts that I will pick up before the event,

If not interested in the 5 Bridges tournament tell me why and maybe we can change it in the future.
Entry fee, venue, prizes, layout? Just let me know and maybe we can do something for next year.

As of right now this is how peg/egg draw will look. Subject to change due to entry numbers and/or bridge work.
And remember there will be a surprise twist after peg draw?????

If you are bringing a new Angler (one who hasn't ever fished a Joliet event) I will pay $10 of your entry fee and $10 of the entry fee of the Newbie. So get out there and recruit!!!

2nd Place 150.00
3rd Place 100.00
4th Place surprise bucket
5th Place surprise bucket
6th Place surprise bucket
Biggest (by weight) fish of the day. Optional 10.00 side pot. 100% of total side pot intake. Any species of fish count Bass, carp, catfish, tuna, gobie, ect
First fish of the day, 3M package donated from Chad B.
Last fish of the day, Clorox gift package from Corey B.
If donations comes in like last year 1st Place through 6th Place prizes will be increased, and other categories will be awarded.
Like before if you have any questions or would like to take part in this event please post here!
Also let me know if your brining a Wife, friend, net boy, ect. So I can get lunch from them also.

And yes just one day event, Sat April 30th. Peg draw at 6am fishing until 4pm. With 1/2 hr break 11:30 to 12pm for lunch.
