Actually, we did - a couple times.
No, I mean the big grill. Since we will all be fishing closer together I will be furnishing the grill, food, beverages and of course a surprise bucket.
-
This one looks like a great one to bring the grill, dont know why we didnt think of it before.

Thanks again Frank for organizing yet another event. Yes it was tough but had a good time anyway. Good to see everyone again.
You need to talk to your brother about moving closer to Joliet/Chicago so he can attend more events. I always enjoy talking and fishing with Jim.

It's 4am and I'm here waiting on everyone.

Sorry Cory, I know what your going through,
-
I just noticed on Cory's site that he lost Ozzie this week. Tough week for our anglers and their pets. Condolences, Cory.
Ozzie Bohmann at Joliet
Kinda strange, I have an African gray congo named Ozzie.

Condolences. Always tough losing a pet, but 10 years is a pretty good run for a screech owl.
Thanks Frank and Met. And yes it was a good run.

Just went down to Jackson St. Water still looks good.
Even with this mornings loss of a family member I will be attending Saturdays event.

All 21 participants in the November 28 Paul Wells Memorial Thanksgiving Carp Tournament will go home with a little something for their efforts:

Accuweather says Joliet will see a high of 42° on Saturday with variable cloudiness. I'm still wondering about how the heavy rains on Thursday and Friday will affect water clarity and current, but we can't control that. We shall see. Good luck! Peg choice is at 6:30 a.m. at pegs 6-7. - Frank
WHAT? My surprise bucket not worthy of being mentioned? LOL.

Looks like 40 degrees and sunny for Saturday here in Joliet. See you all there.
-
I'm with Tony.

River moving? A week plus to go.....
Not bad, but will be normal by the 28th
-
The barge at Jefferson St. is now gone, and they changed the "reserved parking" signs to " 2 hour parking".
If I may suggest, do not even pull into the police parking lot. We don't want any trouble out of Joliets finest.
-
You better watch who buys those eggplants.
That's a good one! LOL.
-
With any luck I will be able to sell 5 or 6 of my non-producing eggplants to come up with the entry fee for the 28th.
See you all then.

If Two Rivers and/or Kewaunee was 1 hour closer, I would be there.
-
Yes the barge is still in the same place
