    to all the michigan folks who went down there! you all put on one hell of a show! brendon and austin 1st placewow! brian and dad2nd place!the way your 2 teams fought for 1st place reminds me of lil andy(TREE) AND ME AT KENT LAKE!ANDY AND NIKKI IN 3RD PLACE!THE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM WHO HAVE DONE MORE FOR MICHIGAN CARPERS THAN ANYONE ELES SO FAR! AND LIL ANDY AND THE BIG D IN 6TH PLACE! FOR GETTING 2 BAD PEGS YOU 2 PUT ON A SHOW THAT TRUE CARPERS WILL BE PROUD OF! AND IM PROUD TO CALL YOU ALL FRIENDS AND EXPERT CARPERS!

    well after the stop time lastnight i think michigan teams were in 1st,2,3,and 4 place with the boys in the lead! but i have not checked the leader board yet so i may be wrong! but i know that we held the first 4 spots at one point anyway! michigan rocks!

    and this is the way it goes! till spring! and yes we did have a die off of carp around here and it wasent just kent lake. it was the huron river and that river feeds alot of my swims! last year the fishing was bad and a whole lot of just sitting around for very few bites.this year im hopeing its better!

    i really never thought of putting chum on top of the ice! if you get the right mix that wont spoil. it should work! i might have to try that!thanks!

    ive been told that there are buffs here but ive not gotten one yet! but im fishing mostly inland lakes and rivers not the greatlakes thats where i think they are at!

    wow wish i was there! here in michigan we had snow lastnight!i have found 1 spot on the river where i might be able to put out a line but the temps are in the teens and im afrade the eyes on my rod will freezeup! this sucks!

    now that most of the group are in texas. is there anyone left in the state of michigan. who carp fishes? i hope there is! anyway with all the talk about carpfishing ive gotten the bug. ive already gone through my gear and cleaned it up . made a list or what i need to buy. started gathering the stuff for my dry chum.the only thing left is to put up my bivvyinside the house and ck that out! spring is so so far away oh and make more boilies,corn,and tiger nuts for hook bait! how about you?

    where is everyone at? seems like the michigan crew has disbanded? what are you all up to? i know some of you are getting ready for texas! but what about the rest of you folks?

    well well im back! i tried to save some money by switching to fronter for a pakage deal! cable,land line,and internet! we had it all set up to be switched over at the same time! and made all the calls to have our comcast turnned off at that time!well.....! dishnet came out and did their thing . but cable and phone never showed up! waited till the next day and called talked to someone in another state said they would find out and call back!waited 3days and called again! talked to someone in ohio! they looked up our file and said all the ports were full! and that we would have to wait!but would not say how long! thats when i lost it and got really mad!they never said word one about their internet ports being full! and never called us before hand! we had it setup three weeks in advance! and no call! so three weeks later still no phone line or internet we finally got them to come out and install the phone line!at that time they said we might be able to get internet by the end of the month. so last week we called to see if we could get it and they said they didnt know! so i told them to go #### themselfs! and called comcast for the internet! they came out on monday! and they informed us that our phone line is thruw them not fronter! what ever! morle of story is fonter sucks! and im back online! so what is the new news!
