Well i made a day trip to The Pipes! I fished from about 8am to 6pm. The weather until about 1pm was rain and 30mph wind! The wind kept up through the day, but the sun came out later on. I caught 10 commons total and lost about 4. The average size was about 10lbs. The best of the day was a 21.3lb brute that bit at sunset. It was a great day and i plan on returning next weekend for an overnight trip. Thanks for looking! Im looking for sponsors so pm me!!! Thanks Mates!

[Great Weekend With A Great Friend]

Hey Everyone,

For the long holiday weekend, we had company from North Carolina. Dave and his wife have been best friends with my mom for about 6 years, and we have loads of fishing memories. He does a lot saltwater fishing back home. So this weekend he joined me on the bank, in hopes of catching a couple carp.

Saturday, we headed to the always fun, Wallace Dam. The fishing has slacked off from the past few weeks, as we only managed three takes in our five hour session. I let dave take all the runs, and he connected with two out of the three.

Monday, we headed to Georgia’s Jewel. We had no takes, but small drop backs the first two hours. The third hour of our session, a horn blew and we had to get out of our spot QUICK, as the water gates opened and we were almost washed downriver.

Monday night we headed to the close by Luna Lake. We just wanted to get out once more before he leaves tomorrow morning. We talked about soo much and didn’t have any bites, but all was well. I cant wait till we meet up again and get back out fishing! As always thanks for the time and enjoy the photos!!
