Had an invite to fish with the CarpinRebel yesterday on Carp Island & that's something not to turn down! We made our way down river & were set up around 7.30 AM.
It didn't take long for the action to begin & action stayed steady all day. We ended up wit 25 fish between us & had many doubles & had all of our rods out of the water at times dealing with fish. At one time Adam got a hit & I got one almost at the same time! As we were fighting the fish my other rod got hit & there I was with two rods in hand trying to fight heavy fish in current! I have had many Chinese Fire Drills this year! Adam finally landed his fish & came over to rescue me! Thank GOD!!
Around 4.30 Adam noticed on his smart phone that some heavy storms were on their way so we packed up & headed back up river to the launch.
Weights of my fish were: 23.0 13.15 18.1 22.0 31.0 16.2 24.2 23.0 16.4 15.12 20.0 15.3 16.12 & 14.4
