    it was a great sunny day, carp fishing was very very slow i stay there from 8:30am to 8:30pm

    several runs but not a single carp every time i pick up my rod cat say hello to me by shaking their head :( .............

    well who cares when 5 + 4 CAG members get together

    i prefer to catch 0 carp while fishing with some Great CAG Aanglers rather then catching many carps alone so ...........

    no wonder Hains Point iz Top Notch carp fishing water around DC ..... well... some time no carp but cat !

    anyways ..........it was really a great pleasure meeting all of you guys there that day & thank you so much for coming & hope to see you soon again :)

    In closing, and thinking back to the nice weather, surroundings and especially the nice folks I've fished with at Hains Pt. I just may go back again .... even if it means sites 11 or 18. :):lol::D

    P.S. I wonder how much it will take to bribe the park police to let me in before Mark or Hoppy so I can park at 11 first?

    P.P.S. Take a lot of what was said about Hoppy and Mark with a grain of salt.;) (It's better than sucking on a lemon.) :lol::lol::lol:

    Again, it was nice to finally meet the "frenemies" face to face, after reading about their "battles" on banks around the country. As Hoppy and Moon are "fixtures" at Hains Point, I'm pretty sure I'll see them again soon.

    I thank the forum for the wealth of information shared and I hope someday to become wise enough to give some back. Gotta go now to pay my dues and become full member of CAG, to finally find out all those BIG secrets behind the "closed doors" threads... :D .

    Darius, It's a pleasure to meet you. I hope to see you again in few days @ # 11 on 24 :)
