do you know of any other camping areas close by, don't realy have cash for a hotel, if not gues will be sleeping at a rest stop.

So looks like we will be fishing close range, hopefully all these 5oz leads I baught are heavy enough, 25yrds is like nothing, hopefully the fish are close. Have to do a truck repair in order to be able to make it now, gotta replace u joint, in his truck. at least it happend today and not on the way to Michigan.

I heard from someone that, possibly there gonna be venue change wondering if this was true? and that the campground was flooded.

Way to go, Adam's daughter! Adam was pegged next to me recently at a White River Carp League event, and his daughter definitely knew her way around a carp fishing venue. She even chummed my peg a little. Congrats! --Frank

Went to the local park today for some small common action, only got 2 biggest around 6lb. but here's the kicker. My buddy's 6yr. old daughter wanted to cast a carp pole out, heck she even put the rod together, packed the method around the feeder, casted it out,set the hook, and reeled it in by herself, she's gonna be a BEAST someday, lol, any way here's some pics of the grassy.
here she was baiting the feeder before the fish was caught.
love this one she was scared, because he was thrashing around, but a great pic!

I like deer corn, i use record rack from tractor supply, seems to me that it gets softer then regulat field corn its got added nutrients and vitamins in it. Good for chuming I think its easier for them to eat.

Yea, Im pretty sure wacker has the eclipse pod bag. I have one that I got from the local baitshop here Indiana and a lot of our stuff comes from wacker. I don't know how tight ur rest grip the rod but it may be a problem, at least they were for me. I'd get a run go to lift the rod and the whole pod lifts or move's trying to free the rod from the back of the rest changed them off after the first session.
