A last minute change in plans has me entered in the WICC Bluefish Tournament

After an epic session last night, Mike Dennis and I are heading down to the CT CAG fish-in!

Back at it from the Golden Bowl swim.. yesterday Mike Dennis and I had five fish between us up to 24.02.. today looks even more promising..

Back to the basics.. Freelining bread session

Been keeping this off facebook for the most part.. But I've been organizing this years New England Yankee Challenge, which is a Carp Anglers Group event. A new venue and a total of 14 people are set to attend the event which is tomorrow. Should be a good time.

Does anyone use an android app to keep track of fish catches?

First session on the river today.. last year Mike Dennis and I were fishing and catching in the river almost in early February. Shows how cold it's been this spring..

Going carp fishing in a flash flood warning with Mike Dennis.. should be good..

Hoping it rains later today.. planning on an overnighter at the Rain Forest Swim. The same place two weeks ago, that Mike Dennis and I, hauled out 23 carp in 10 hours after a major rainstorm.. 12 of those were over 20lbs.. hoping for some 30's.. If that doesn't work out then we'll be heading to the Shakespeare Swim.

I wish i had the problem of "weeding out mirrors"..

Looks like a trip up to the salmon is in order for this weekend...

My parents got smartphones yesterday.. It's so entertaining..

Off to the waterhole pond to catch some carp..
