That would explain the 1rod, bleh being a Canuck myself I get jelious of the 3rod skypod setups I see on here, so sexy compared to my 1rod Lonley setup

I'll come out for some morning time before work on Sunday, pretty sure dino was gonna come out Sunday aswell, just need to pick a swim. Gonna be a strong west wind with overcast skies,(carp weather IMO) so maybe we'll get into some!

Gonna try for some sun/mon/tues fishing, if anyone else wants to meet up those days. Saturday is spose to be raining with 50kmph winds, so doubt ima make the effort for that crap weather

Hey guys!
Well today was Round 2 @ P4 *9am-4pm*, was fortunate enough to be joined by DNA and CarpHammer for some fishing, and met mark for the first time who droped by for a quick chat.
The fishing was a little slow today,with me being the only one landing anything.
Caught a little guy halfway through, then towards the end this 25lber woke me up from a afternoon nap 
, nice fight on him. Nailed another little 12lber as me and DNA were packing up.Anyways Round 3 tomorrow Gents. Thanks to all, and goodluck

Hey guys!
Managed to get a little fishing in today before work at P4, 8am-11am. Weather was cold, windy, rainy, pretty much garbage. Made the drive down anyways and hit 5 nice carp 11-25lbs, Didnt notice the cold anymore after fish 3.
Heres the last and biggest fish of the session. Anyways hoping to get out monday/tues again in the bay area(weather permitting), if anyone is thinking of doing the same, the company is always welcomed

I had a blast guys, always more fun with other carpers! The fishing wasnt as crazy as monday but it was enough to keep us busy and happy(fish for all) The weather Blew over and made for a decent warm sunny afternoon. Good Times and Fishin' Stories, enjoyed sharing the shoreline with you both, hope to meet up again in the near future for another go.
Grats to DNA on his PB, nice chunky fish

Good fishing there bud I'm glad you cleaned up aswell! The weather network almost scared me off the day but I didn't feel a drop of rain, hooray! Ya unless I wake up to thunder and lightning ima make a run tommorow around 7, so maybe see ya on the shoreline mate.

Maybe your chum helped bring in those fish today to p4, i droped probbly 10lbs of chum today in there so maybe tommorow will be even better!? One can hope anyway, hopfully see ya shoreline with tight lines tommorow aswell.

Forums seems a little slow and I seem a little bored, decided to upload a few pics from today at pier 4, Maybe someone else is bored and will read this lol. I Was there from 7am till 1pm and landed 11 carp 12-22lbs. the weather blew over and it was a decent sunny day, even with the eastern winds the fish were hitting pretty good. Probbly going back tommorow Mon/Tues being my "weekend".
Anywho, Good luck Guys
P.S I chumed the shizz outta p4 so if your planning to hit a swim today or tommorow theres probbly some straglers hangin around!

I fish alot of the same swims around Hamilton bay, at any given time I get there morning or night there's pretty much a given garbage is laying around. Even with Hamilton city workers going by twice a day poking some up! Kinda sad the lack of respect for environment. I pretty much spend the first 5minutes of every time I go there picking up Tim hortons cups and other trash left by others! I know not many people from Hamilton probbly read this thread but if I see you littering my swim, I wont turn my head the other way >
there's enough problems with the factories pollution, don't make it worse!Cheers ben

Hey fellow Canadians!
Just found this site so signed up and here i am! My name is Ben and ive been carp fishing in southern ontario for about 8years. I used to fish hamilton bay back in the day but have just recentley moved back to the Hammer and have been hittin the shores pretty hard this month(Some killer fishing like i remember, >>pic Below caught today @ P4<<. Im 29 years old and work as a chef. I fish 12 foot euro rigs with beepers, pods, feeder and bolt hair rigs, And somtimes floats. I also enjoy fishing trout and salmon when they run in the harbour. Anyway i hope to get to know some familiar faces around here and the shoreline!
