there will be directions to each peg from the hotel at the peg draw in your envelopes....you will be given headlights to spot the pegs, which will be done in luminescent letters........

well, I just opened up the package the Dennis sent to us from RESISTANCE Tackle,,,,, Thanks Dennis, I am looking at 2 , 3.0 test curve, 12 foot Resistance Tackle Rods ( Hurricane) they look really cool....
and he will be offering them us in a unique way to participants of the event,,,,,, not as first prize, not as 2nd prize, not as third, prize, not a pick off the table,,,,,,,,,but as a raffle draw,,,,,,,so here's how it will happen, when you come to the banquet you will each be given a raffle ticket,,,,,,,,we will then draw a winner, however this is a team winning,,,,,,,,,the holder of the winning raffle ticket gets one rod, and his or her team mate for the event gets the other,,,,kind of cool,,,,,,double the chance to win,,,,,,thanks again

we'll be ok...Ive worked with Mike in the past, and he's on top of things,,the guy works 14 hours a day, he will not let anyone down ,,putting on a major event is all about team work Mike and Brooke are in it talked to them yesterday, and they are good on this and other things that need to be done for the boil..would be nice if everyone had 6 hours a day to just dedicate to this but that ain't gonna happen,,,,,as for the grass passes, they are no longer being issued, edict from the city,at least that is what I was told by the powers to be,,,,,no worries,,,,,,gonna be a great time ! What I;d like is everyone to CHILL.....and do their part to make it a memorable event, Lord knows I have,,,,,all will be fine,

I know tht there have been questions about the pegs,,,,,,Mike is working on them, several pegs have been closed due to construction, but he advises me that we do have the rquired 25, and I have taken care of the ROWING BUOYS, there will be NONE,,,,,,,,LET THE GAMES BEGIN,,,,,,,,

it will be as it always has been...
1) you draw a number for the draw,,,,
2) you are called in that order to draw a peg
3) on the 2nd day it is the reverse order of the draw of the previous day,,,,
for example,,,,
you come up and draw a number, lets say number 6
that means you are the 6th one to draw a peg on the first day,,,
say there are 23 teams.....on the 2nd day you are 17th to draw...the peg for the 2nd day,,,
not really confusing at all,,,,,,,,,,just the reverse order

swims are NOT 100% manicured
but they are fishable,,,,want to make them pristine then I do suggest a machete , or pruners,,,gotta make the best out of what's dealt to you on the draw, some will be incredible, same will not,,,,,,,that's the way it goes,,,
