Me and my youngest got out for a short session today at a new lake well pond really after about two hrs finally a bite and it was in the net coming in at a very welcomed 10lbs carp fins look weired to me tho what u think maybe its just cause they was all intact no breaks or nothing my son managed cat we was both pleased here's the pics well I can't get no others to upload so there's two

Well a friend of mine came up with a cheap way to make a carp cradle so I started making mine he already done his I'm looking for a good fabric that will need to be waterproof and have decent drainage I got the frame done all that's left is fabric any suggestions

O I see I need to shorten my hair gap

Just got a few things about this rig I tied one today came out OK I think lol just wanna know what u (guys who use this rig on a regular basis) feel is the right length of the hair gap between hook and hook bait and can u use bottom baits as well as pop ups I used two pieces of pop up corn and a piece of pink foam to tip it a little color what u think o sorry and ring position how close to the bend of the hook thanks

The basic hair rig per tied will do u fine for now but if I was u go ahead and buy u a pack of hooks and try while Ur waiting for a run the hardest part for me is the little freaking loop lol baiting needle helps tho as for a rig for hangs well there ain't one if u ask me if u get hung up remember that spot try another good luck and keep at it u will get it with time
