Thanks to a suggestion by Andy Phinn we are now producing pop up sausages. The great thing about these is that you can cut them to any size you want and compress them into say a grits pack and have them pop up out of it ! Because you can choose how much of the sausage to use you control the amount of pop up depending on the size and weight of your hook and the conditions. For 4 bucks you get 3 pop up sausages 6 inches long loaded with our base mix and vacuum bagged to preserve the flavor and nutrition. Here is a pic of the sausages in Pineapple Ice Cream ... later I will post a pic of a grits pack with the hook and a portion of the sausage popping up out of it.
