  1. So?????

Wayne Boon, found a team mate.. :D ....

    Shesh, Wayne !!!!! :D  :D

I mean with all you contacts, and influence the best you could come up with was

    STEWART McKENZIE?????

    The MADCHESTER CARPER ?????

    Number 2 in the WORLD!!! :D  :D

    This could be interesting !!! :D  :D

I've been keeping an eye on the line up and have yet to see the name of Stewart McKenzie. Have I missed something???

  2. Boy, Tom, if that is just he beginning of your assualt on those fronting carpet baggers up North, I hate to see or hear what happens at the corn boil before the ATC.

The Corn Boil will go smoothly for sure. It's when the event starts that the bullstuff stops and the real Carp anglers rise to the occasion. Poetry in motion. The ultimate arousal. It's just what a paylaker does. SMOOTH and EFFECTIVE. Not a single motion waisted. :D

    Tom.

  3. really?

p.s. I think Scott means "ganesh," which of course is a Hindu name.

    Sarah.

Will you be attending the ATC?? I sure hope so. It wil give you a chance to see some ""real Carp anglers"" in action. I sure hate to set ya up for a real let down, but as of yet I don't think you've had the experience. :D I know, the truth hurts, but it had to be said. New experiences for all I can promise. :D

    Tom.

  4. sorta kinda like fishing over there in pay to fish ponds with the twist that you can win money for the fish you catch.  they are man made lakes  with  very close  pegs  and stocked fish  techniques used to catch are  specialized for the waters

with regional differences  and  bait preferences .  the techniques and baits will however work in most other situations  with the usual adjustments to conditions  with of course the exception of them not working at all this year at the ATC.  :D

if you check out the paylake  section of the forum  you'll get most of the idea.  to be honest you kinda have to experience it to get the real idea... not so unsimiliar to my  guessing what its like to fish a lake over there. :D

    ""Whats Paylaking?""

Exactly the reaction from the ATC crowd last year when a paylaker won the Event. Although the Paylaker in question is a born and bred N.C. paylaker, he has migrated to Texas, hence, the Trophy is still in Texas.

The question could be answered by asking most particapents in this years event just what they plan on having in their bucket this year. :D Odds are it came from a Southern Paylake in one way or another. :D

And, it could be said that it is the most efficiant, streamlined, no frills method on earth, to catch Carp. A tackle tarts worst nightmare comes to mind. Most don't even use a chair cause they don't have time to sit. Myself, I use a chair, due to my age. :D

Finally, Paylaking is the art of Catching, everyone else is just fishing. :D

Of course all this is Just My Humble Opinion. :D This is the BS Section isnt it???

I'm putting on my crash hat now.

    Tom.

  5. No worries on that front.  We always rig the draw to give empty pegs to first time paylakers... it keeps 'em humble, at least the first year :D

    Brian.

I am the essence of humble, and plan on being most gracious upon accepting the coveted ATC Trophy along with my partner, Colin. :D
